2. Registration

To use Koxy AI, you must create an account and provide us with certain personal information, such as your email address and password.

3. Use of the Service

You may use Koxy AI to create and deploy serverless APIs. You may not use Koxy AI for any other purpose.

4. Content

The content that you create and upload to Koxy AI is your responsibility. You are responsible for ensuring that your content does not violate the law or the rights of others and it's your right to make sure to save and sync your data as described in our documentation.

5. Ownership

Koxy AI does not own any of the content you create using the service. You own your own data.

6. Termination

We have the right to terminate your account if you break any term of this agreement.

7. Governing Law

These terms of use are governed by the laws of the State of California.

8. Disputes

Any disputes arising out of or related to these terms of use will be resolved by binding arbitration in the State of California.
